India’s extraordinary artistic and cultural abundance

After having dreamed of creating a festival of Indian films to celebrate 100 years of the Indian cinema,
it became evident that we needed to widen its scope in view of India’s extraordinary artistic and cultural abundance.
 
As our initial project began to take shape, the idea of “Paris India week” came to mind, as a better way of expressing our increasing curiosity. We would like you to share our emotions and our heart-stopping discoveries with us.
 
The Indian film festival will still remain the central point of our event, but we want to further enrich it with artistic events running along side (dance, music, literature, fine arts, gastronomy…)
 
With time Paris India Week, our Indian Extravaganza, should be up there with the great cultural events of our capital.
