Synopsis: 

Char is the name of a river between India and Bangladesh. There, Ruben and his family are living with homeless people. While they make a living by smuggling, Ruben dreams of a better life.

Réalisateur / Director: 

Sourav Sarangi was born in India in 1965. He graduated both in geology and film editing, he directs his first feature film Tusu Katha in 1997. Since then has written, directed, edited and produced several documentaries.
